As the Lead Pastor of KB Worship Center in Kingston he provides leadership in the visioning, planning and implementation of the ministry’s programs and services. He liaises with the leadership team and provide discipleship, direction, spiritual development and training.

He has experience in various areas of ministry such as speech and drama, men's, youth, usher, choir and audio-visual. He thrives in fellowship, comradery and togetherness and constantly seeks after the mysteries and revelations from God. He

She provides communications on a daily basis pertaining to the ministry to all members which includes words of encouragement, wellness checks, answering and forwarding prayer request. She is also responsible for helping Pastor Glenville with his scheduling needs, conducting meetings and services.
